Working on Art Show in October

Well Summer seems to be starting to close its eyes, which means fall approaches. This October, I will be displaying my work at a local art show here in Milwaukee. I'll have more details on that in the off chance that someone else here lives in this frozen hell I fondly call Wisconsin.

So just letting anyone interested know that I am alive and well and rather productive. I'm hoping to have from a half dozen to a dozen paintings on display. Feels kind of nice to leave my tablet and Photoshop for a while. There is something exciting about creating without the convenience of "ctrl z". :D

Being in October the main theme of my contributions to the gallery will be Halloween and monsters. Some pieces I'm planning are in succession to other works I've done in the past. On the list are "Closer III" and possibly "The Red Headed Slut II" if I have time. Well time to get back to huffing turpentine fumes and oil paint. Will be posting what I can as soon as I can.

Heya... great gallery you got!!! Btw I was wondering if you listen to the band Church Of Misery... considering you've done a lot of pieces based on serial killers and all I thought the band might have inspired you to start such a series since most of the bands songs are based around serial killers lol.

Anywayas was just curious... keep up the great work =D

when i stummbled into your wicked area of DA i felt relieved. sometimes the grit and decay is more true than the smiling polished gimmick, and sometimes being a freak is all you know. Very great pieces they're beautiful and feel so familiar to people with the proper vision to view the misunderstood.
